Bearing Return Policy
At Bearing Maker, we want you to be fully satisfied with your bearing purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your bearing item within 60 days of delivery. Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies for items returned due to customer ordering errors.
Return Requirements for Bearings
- All bearings must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all bearing returns.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is caused by an error on our part or by the manufacturer, we will cover the shipping costs.
- This policy applies to all bearings including ball bearings, roller bearings, ceramic bearings, stainless steel bearings, and aerospace bearings.
Custom & Specialty Bearings
Custom orders or specialty bearings are final sale. No cancellations, returns, refunds, or credits are permitted.
