Product Overview

The ADB and ADW Series are narrow-width spherical bearings featuring metal-to-metal contact surfaces. Designed for high-performance aerospace environments, these bearings provide smooth articulation and excellent load-carrying capacity while maintaining consistent radial clearance and grease accessibility during service life.

Technical Specifications

• Radial Clearance: Factory-set to free-running with a maximum clearance of 0.002 inches, ensuring minimal internal play under operational loads.
• Post-Plating Dimensions: All dimensional specifications apply after cadmium or equivalent aerospace-approved plating is applied to ensure corrosion resistance and tolerance accuracy.
• Lubrication Groove and Flow: Grooves and grease holes are machined on the inner diameter (ID) of the race prior to assembly. The swaging process used in final assembly is controlled to prevent restriction of grease flow, maintaining full lubricity during operation.
