The KP-B Series offers a range of extra light duty, single-row ball bearings designed primarily for aerospace and high-precision control applications. Key Technical Features

• Material: Bearing rings and balls are crafted from high-quality AISI 52100 chrome steel, delivering excellent wear resistance and fatigue life.
• Seal Design: Equipped with removable PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) seals for effective contaminant exclusion and easy maintenance.
• Temperature Range: Operating temperatures span from -65 °F to +250 °F (-54 °C to +121 °C), suitable for both high-altitude and ground-based control systems.
• Lubrication: Pre-lubricated with MIL-PRF-81322 synthetic grease, ensuring consistent performance under vibration and thermal stress. Grease fill is at a minimum of 80% unless otherwise specified.
• Plating: External surfaces (excluding the bore) are cadmium plated per AMS-QQ-P-416 to enhance corrosion resistance and durability. Dimensional tolerances account for post-plating finish.
