Freight Charges
Our shipping policy is designed to provide transparent and cost-effective delivery options.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders with a merchandise value of USD $200 or more.
- Orders below USD $200 are subject to shipping charges, which are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
- Oversized Item Policy: Products weighing more than 30 kg (66 lbs) per item are not eligible for free shipping, regardless of the total order value. Shipping costs for these oversized items will be quoted separately based on the destination and shipping method.
- Any applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional production time, our sales team will notify you promptly with an updated shipping schedule.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where applicable).
You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment throughout the delivery process.
