We ship bearings worldwide using established international express carriers, air freight providers, and sea freight partners. The most appropriate shipping method is selected based on shipment weight and dimensions, destination, delivery requirements, product type, and overall shipping cost.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, public holidays, destination accessibility, and other circumstances outside our control.
Freight Charges
We aim to provide practical and cost-effective shipping options for international bearing orders.
- Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders with a merchandise value of USD $200 or more, subject to destination and product eligibility.
- Orders below USD $200 are subject to shipping charges calculated according to destination, shipment weight and dimensions, and shipping method.
- Individual oversized or heavy products weighing more than 30 kg (66 lbs) may not qualify for free shipping, regardless of total order value. Freight charges for these products will be quoted separately.
- Shipping charges generally do not include import duties, customs clearance charges, VAT, sales taxes, or other destination-country fees.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time does not include transportation time and may not include production or procurement lead time.
For products that are out of stock, made to order, customized, or require additional production, the applicable lead time will be provided in the quotation or confirmed by our sales team before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will provide an updated estimated shipping schedule.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide shipment details and tracking information where tracking is available.
International express shipments can generally be tracked directly through the carrier. Tracking availability for air and sea freight may depend on the freight service used.
Customs & Import Clearance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported into the destination country and for providing any information or documentation required for customs clearance.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, and other destination-related costs.
Delays caused by customs authorities are outside our direct control.
Shipping Information & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact name, telephone number, and other information required for delivery.
Additional shipping, storage, return, or redelivery charges resulting from incorrect shipping information, refused delivery, failure to complete customs clearance, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
Large, Custom & Special Orders
Large-volume, oversized, customized, and made-to-order bearing shipments may require special freight arrangements.
Depending on the order, we may recommend express shipping, air freight, sea freight, freight forwarding, or another logistics solution.
Special shipping arrangements, costs, and estimated delivery schedules will be confirmed before shipment.
