The K- Series bearings are single-row track rollers specifically developed for demanding aerospace control systems. Built to provide accurate motion guidance under dynamic conditions, these bearings combine precision manufacturing with military-grade materials and finishes. They are ideal for linear motion, tracking, and cam follower mechanisms in aircraft and other high-performance platforms.

Key Specifications

• Material: Rings and balls are made from premium-quality AISI 52100 chrome steel, offering excellent hardness and fatigue resistance.
• Operating Temperature: Designed to function reliably in a wide range from -65 °F to +250 °F (-54 °C to +121 °C).
• Shield/Seal Options: Various sealing or shielding configurations available, as indicated by part-specific footnotes (1) and (2). This allows users to match the bearing to their contamination or lubrication retention requirements.
• Lubrication: Bearings are pre-lubricated with MIL-PRF-81322 synthetic grease at an 80% minimum fill rate, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
• Corrosion Resistance: External surfaces (excluding the bore) are cadmium plated in accordance with AMS-QQ-P-416, ensuring reliable corrosion protection. Note: All specified dimensions reflect post-plating measurements.
