• Material: Bearing rings and balls are made from premium AISI 52100 chrome steel, providing excellent wear resistance and fatigue life.

• Sealing: Equipped with nonremovable PTFE seals to block contaminants and minimize maintenance.
• Operating Temperature: -65 °F to +250 °F (-54 °C to +121 °C), suitable for extreme aerospace conditions.
• Lubrication: Factory-filled with MIL-PRF-81322 aviation-grade grease, with 80% minimum fill to ensure long-lasting lubrication.
• Plating: External surfaces (excluding the bore) are cadmium plated per AMS-QQ-P-416, providing added corrosion resistance. All dimensions apply post-plating.
• Customization: Available upon request — options include special sizes, materials, internal clearance, plating, tolerances, and lubricant types to meet specific engineering needs.
• Units: All standard dimensions are listed in inches unless otherwise noted.
