Material Quality: Rings and balls are made from high-grade AISI 52100 chrome steel, offering superior wear resistance, strength, and dimensional stability.
Temperature Performance: Designed to operate effectively in extreme environments, with a temperature range from -65 °F to +250 °F (-54 °C to +121 °C).
Seal Type: Includes removable PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) seals, which provide robust protection against contaminants while allowing for maintenance and relubrication when necessary.
Lubrication: Pre-filled with MIL-PRF-81322 synthetic grease at 80% fill for consistent lubrication under high-load and high-speed conditions.
Surface Protection: External surfaces, excluding the bore, are cadmium plated per AMS-QQ-P-416 standards to ensure corrosion resistance and maintain dimensional integrity after plating.
