Material: Precision rings and balls manufactured from AISI 52100 chrome steel for high fatigue resistance and dimensional stability.
Self-Aligning Design: Externally self-aligning geometry accommodates angular misalignment, improving assembly flexibility and bearing life.
Seal Type: Removable PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) seals protect internal components from contaminants while allowing maintenance access.
Operating Temperature Range: -65 °F to +250 °F (-54 °C to +121 °C), ensuring performance in extreme environments.
Lubrication: Pre-lubricated with MIL-PRF-81322 synthetic grease, 80% fill as standard, to meet aerospace-grade reliability standards.
Surface Treatment: Cadmium plating per AMS-QQ-P-416 (excluding bore) for corrosion resistance. All listed dimensions reflect finished size after plating.
