The KP- / MKP- Series are high-precision, heavy-duty ball bearings engineered for demanding aerospace control systems. With single-row construction and removable seals, these bearings offer a reliable balance of strength, ease of maintenance, and environmental resistance, making them suitable for primary flight controls, landing gear assemblies, and similar applications.

Key Features

• Material: Rings and balls are crafted from high-quality AISI 52100 chrome steel, ensuring excellent hardness and wear resistance.
• Design: Heavy-duty single-row configuration for high load support and precision alignment.
• Seals: Equipped with removable PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) seals to protect against contaminants while allowing access for maintenance or re-lubrication.
• Operating Temperature: Capable of functioning reliably between -65 °F and +250 °F (-54 °C to +121 °C).
• Lubrication: Pre-lubricated with MIL-PRF-81322 aerospace-grade synthetic grease at 80% fill, ensuring optimal performance under severe conditions.
• Corrosion Protection: External surfaces, excluding the bore, are cadmium plated per AMS-QQ-P-416, providing superior protection in high-moisture or corrosive environments. All dimensions are measured post-plating.
